CLEANING AND CARE
To keep your weighted blanket fresh, soft, and long-lasting, please follow these care instructions:
Washing
• Removable cover (if purchased):
→ Machine washable at 40°C on a gentle cycle
→ Use mild detergent, no bleach
→ Air dry or tumble dry on low
• Inner blanket:
→ Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap
→ Not recommended for machine washing due to the weight
General Tips
• Always wash the cover separately
• Make sure the blanket is completely dry before using or storing
For the best care, we recommend using the blanket with a cover to protect it from daily use and make cleaning easier.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your aspeegee product – but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund – no return needed.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, used weighted blankets or customized products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
